Cancellation policy

If for any reason you need to cancel your appointment, please give at least 7 days notice. If you fail to do so, you will be charged in full for the session. If you want to change your appointment for another available slot in the same week please ring and re-arrange your appointment as soon as you can. If an alternative slot is available you will not be charged again. Thank you for your co-operation.
